Questions
Will callers know it's an AI?
Yes — it's friendly and natural, but we'd recommend being upfront that callers are speaking with a virtual assistant. Most people just want to be heard and called back.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your existing number and set it to forward missed or after-hours calls to the receptionist's NZ number.
What does it cost?
NZ$299/month + GST, plus a one-off NZ$400 + GST setup. Launch partners pay $99/month for the first 3 months and $0 setup, in exchange for honest feedback and a Google review.
What are the 200 minutes?
Your plan includes 200 minutes of answered calls each month — roughly 65 calls at about three minutes each. Most missed-call and after-hours setups fit comfortably within this.
What if I go over 200 minutes?
Extra minutes are 50c/min + GST, shown on your monthly invoice. No surprise plan changes.
Can it book jobs or quote prices?
To start with, it takes details and passes them to you, so you stay in control of bookings and quotes. More can be added later if it suits you.
What happens to the caller's information?
Call details are only used to send you the summary. Just ask if you'd like to know exactly where information is stored.
